Use case overview · UC4
UC4 - Specialist Network Integration
My understanding
UC4 creates trusted specialist and network context across payer sources.
Architecture pattern and portfolio role
- Objective. Create trusted specialist and network context across payer sources.
- Pattern. Entity resolution, taxonomy, provenance, network-product mapping, and data-quality workflow.
- Portfolio role. Strategic data foundation.
Source-grounded detail
- Reusable pattern coverage: identity and network validations, trusted specialist profile, directory / contracting / credentialing tools, taxonomy and data-quality rules, source-conflict resolution, and source and quality explanation.
- UC4 has broad strategic value, but its production scope includes identity resolution, source reconciliation, product participation, and provider-data governance.
- UC4 should be treated as the provider-intelligence foundation that strengthens UC2 and UC3.
Status in this engagement
Not implemented as a POC. Presented as the strategic provider-data foundation.
